Terms and Conditions For Simple Business Account

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to opening of Simple Business Account and relevant accounts (including accounts such as Multi-Currency Statement Savings Account and Savings Account) by you ("Customer") with China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited ("Our Bank"), and the Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Related Services (For Enterprise Customers). The Terms and Conditions apply to all Simple Business Accounts. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the Terms and Conditions for Accounts And Related Services (For Enterprise Customers), the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1. Our Bank may reject opening account or providing services and shall inform the applicant of the result as soon as practicable.
2. Our Bank may set and/or change the account and transaction limitation which are applicable to Simple Business Account from time to time.
3. Our Bank only accepts Customer to operate the account through Online Enterprise Banking Services and CCB (Asia) Business Mobile App. Other channels such as counter transaction services will not be provided.
4. Simple Business Account is only applicable for sole proprietorships or partnerships or limited companies registered/incorporated in Hong Kong with a single-layer structure. The company must have no more than two connected parties/ beneficial owners / authorised persons. All connected parties/ beneficial owners / authorised persons must hold a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card.
5. Only opening of Multi-Currency Statement Savings Account and Savings Account are acceptable for Simple Business Account. Our Bank will not accept Customer’s application of current accounts, cheque books and trade finance services, etc.
6. Daily Transaction Limit
   6.1There is a maximum daily transaction limit for Simple Business Account on outward fund transfer which is equivalent to HKD10,000. Maximum daily transaction limit is calculated by the sum of accumulated amount of all outward fund transfer (such as internal transfer, third party payments: registered beneficiaries and non-registered beneficiaries, etc.) per day.
   6.2lf the maximum daily transaction limit is exceeded, Customer will be unable to perform any outward fund transfers until the next day.
   6.3If there is any dispute on the calculation of the maximum daily transaction limit, the calculation method used by Our Bank is final. Our Bank reserves the right to change the method from time to time without prior notice.
7. If Customer wishes to upgrade to Business Account, please contact Our Bank staff.
8. General Terms
   8.1The accounts and services provided by Our Bank are subject to the respective applicable terms and conditions.
   8.2Our Bank reserves the rights to amend, suspend or terminate the above products, services, accounts and to amend the relevant terms at any time at our sole discretion.
   8.3If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
