Download the CCB (Asia) Business Mobile App now and register Mobile Token Service. After logging in, you can access functions like "Account Inquiry”, "Consolidated eStatement", "eAdvice", “Mobile Token”, "eStatement", “Foreign Exchange Rate”, and “Deposit Rates" on the home page. You can also tap "Security Center", "User Guide", "Contact Us", "Security Tips", "FAQ", "Disclaimers and Terms" in sidebar menu, and set the app language.
Account inquiry at a glance

After tapping "Account Inquiry", you can search for current account, fixed account, and loan account information, and click on details for more information.

Log in to your Mobile Banking App instantly and verify online transactions with Mobile Token – simpler, secure and reliable!

Enjoy convenient and eco-friendly eStatements and eAdvice services

Tap "Consolidated eStatement"/"eStatement"/ "eAdvice" from the home page , and select the period for inquiry. Tick the eStatement(s) required and tap "Download".

After tapping "Foreign Exchange Rates", you can inquire about the buying and selling prices of foreign currencies.

Fixed Deposit Rates

After tapping "Fixed Deposit Rates", you can inquire about the interest rates for different currencies, deposit periods, and principal amounts.

iii. Use file explorer (e.g. My Files) to open and install the apk file.
iv. Go to Settings→Security, then untick “Unknown sources”

*Biometric Credential Authentication is applicable on Apple iPhone 6 or later models with Touch ID/Face ID function and operation system on iOS 14.0 or above; and for biometric credential enabled compatible android devices with operation system on v9.0 or above.

In order to minimize the risk when banking on-line, the Mobile App will not run on any devices which are "jailbroken" (iOS) or "rooted" (Android). The Bank shall not be responsible for any problems or loss suffered by you if you attempt to use the Mobile App on such devices.
