Manage your HKD and RMB banking account easily with a personalized UnionPay Photo Dual Currency Debit Card; and the Card design will be the same with your child's UnionPay Photo Smart Kid Savings Account Card, which for you to cherish the good moments at any time
- UnionPay Photo Dual Currency Debit Card and/ or UnionPay Photo Smart Kid Savings Account Card can be renewed once a year on the birthday month of you and/ or your child(ren) respectively for free to record the growth of your child.
- All customers (including UnionPay Photo Smart Kid Savings Account, PREMIER BANKING and Wise Banking customers) will enjoy card annual fee waiver until further notice.

* Photo Guidelines
- Photos can be in JPEG (.jpg), PNG, GIF or Bitmap (.bmp) format, dimension should not be less than 420 × 420 pixels, suggested resolution is 300 dpi.
- File size should be less than 10MB.
- The photo shall be an everyday life photo which must include the cardholder in the photo
- The photo must not contain the following elements:
- Any elements, text or image of the photos or on part of the photos which may constitute to the violation of laws
- Any text, themes and images related to politics
- Any elements, text or image in relation to racial or ethnic discrimination
- Any elements, text or image in relation to religious beliefs, or discrimination against religious
- Any elements, text or image which are insulting, defamatory or discriminatory to others
- Any materials containing the bloody, violent, pornographic, obscene, indecent, etc., element
- Any contents which may cause physical or mental discomfort
- Any element, text or image which lead to infringement of portrait rights, brand rights, copyrights and privacy
- Any element, text or image which lead to any infringement of third party intellectual property rights and may harm or damage the image of a brand or the celebrities of a third party
- Any significant trademark or logo (such as the Olympic logo, World Cup logo, etc.), brand-name products or services, pictures, including these brand's logo, acronym, abbreviation, similar text or image
- Contains element for advertising and promotion
- Language, symbols or figures, including the phone number or service which is apt to cause misunderstanding or confusion
- Any element, text or image which may affect the bank's card security device and the bank's normal operation
- Any text, photos, figures, brands, logos which may easily cause confusion to the card processing merchants
- Any text or photos which the Bank believes it's not suitable
- Any violation of the rules and guidelines set by China UnionPay from time to time
The Bank reserves the right to determine whether the Photo Guidelines are met and reserves the right to final decision at any time.

RMB Currency Risk
RMB is currently not freely convertible and is subject to exchange controls and restrictions (which are subject to changes from time to time without notice). You should consider and understand the possible impact on your liquidity of RMB funds in advance. The fluctuation in the exchange rate of RMB may result in losses in the event that you convert RMB into other currencies. Onshore RMB and offshore RMB are traded in different and separate markets operating under different regulations and independent liquidity pool with different exchange rates. Their exchange rate movements may deviate significantly from each other.

Currency exchange rates are affected by a wide range of factors, including national and international financial and economic conditions and political and natural events. The effect of normal market force may at times be countered by intervention by central banks and other bodies. At times, exchange rates, and price linked to such rates, may rise or fall rapidly. The fluctuations in the exchange rate of a foreign currency may result in losses in the event that you convert HKD to any foreign currency or vice versa.
