Remarks:
- The Bank reserves the right of final decision on the actual operation times for eStatement setups. Once your latest eStatement has been issued, you will receive a notification email, prompting you to logon into your Online Banking to view your eStatement(s).
- The eStatements for all banking account(s) and credit card account(s) will be retained for a maximum of 7 years, while eStatements for securities accounts will be retained for a maximum of 2 years.
- If customer choose to receive paper statements, personal banking account and credit card customers will be charged a levy of HK$15 per statement for every quarter. For details, please refer to the Bank's "Schedule of Service Fee".
- The eStatement service is subject to the “eStatement Service Terms and Conditions”, “Investment eStatement Service Terms & Conditions”, “Terms and Conditions for eStatement Service for Credit Card(s)” and relevant terms and conditions, including but not limited to the “Terms and Conditions for Online Banking Services”, “Terms and Conditions for Investment Services”, “Risk Disclosure Statements for Investment Services” and “Terms and Conditions in relation to Online Securities Trading Services”, please contact our staff for details.
