Demonstration of FPS

1. Fund Transfer Setting

Step 1

Logon your mobile banking account and select “Transfer/Payment”. Tap the Setting button to set up personalized services.

Select “Small-Value Fund Transfer Settings”.


step 2, select 'small-value fund transfer settings' to register small-value fund transfer service and set up the daily transfer limit.

Select "Register". Turn on "Small-Value Fund Transfer Settings" and fill in the Daily Transfer Limit. Tap "Next". Please enter the One-Time Password (OTP) which will be sent to your registered mobile number. Tap "Confirm" to complete the setting.

Select "FPS Setting" under "Transfer/FPS Setting & Query" to activate the Addressing Service. Turn on the relevant functions and choose the Linked Account. Tap "Next" to proceed.

2. How to complete Fund Transfer

Step 1

Logon your Mobile Banking account & tap "Transfer via FPS".

Select an account under “From Account”

Select payee under “New Payee”, “Recent Payee”, “Registered CCB (Asia) Account” or “Registered Other Local Bank Account”.

Review the accounts (From account and To account). Tap “Confirm” to proceed.

Fill in “Transfer Amount” and “Message to Recipient”

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions for fund transfer instruction. Tap "Confirm" to proceed

Transaction completed. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS for record.

3. Set up FPS with HKID number addressing

Step 1

Logon your mobile banking account and select “Transfer/Payment”. Tap the Setting button to set up personalized services.

Tap on “FPS Settings” , then tap on “HKID Number”

Active “HKID Number” button and select the Linked account, then tab “Next”.

Tap “Confirm” after input the One-Time Password which sent to your registered mobile phone number.

Review and confirm the selected instruction. Please also read and accept the Terms & Conditions for faster payment system. Tap "confirm" to complete the setting.

4. Cancel FPS with HKID number addressing

Step 1

Logon your mobile banking account and select “Transfer/Payment”. Tap the Setting button to set up personalized services.
