Terms and Conditions for CNY eLaisee Lucky Draw Promotion and Online Bill Payment Promotion (The Promotions)

1. The Promotions are only applicable to personal customers (the “Eligible Customer”), but not applicable to staff of the Bank and the Bank’s affiliates, corporate customers and Capital Investment Entrant Scheme customers of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”).
2. For cases involving a joint name account, only the primary account holder will be eligible to enter the CNY eLaisee Lucky Draw Promotion (the "Lucky Draw”) and Online Bill Payment Promotion.
3. The offers under CNY eLaisee Lucky Draw Promotion and Online Bill Payment Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
4. Eligible Customers are also bound by the “Terms and Conditions for Bank Services relating to Faster Payment System”. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the relevant terms and conditions for the banking products and service, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
5. The Bank reserves the right to vary, suspend and terminate the Promotion and to vary or modify any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
6. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

7. CNY eLaisee Lucky Draw Promotion period is from January 29, 2025 to February 12, 2025, both dates inclusive. (“eLaisee Promotion Period”)
8. In this Promotion, the “Eligible eLaisee Transaction” is defined as a successful fund transfer-out transaction of HKD/ RMB20 or above made through the Bank’s Mobile Banking “Give Laisee” function by using mobile number or email address. While transactions including bill payments, personal-to-merchant payments, fund transfer-in transactions and fund transfers to the same account or other accounts under the same name of the Eligible Customer with the Bank or other banks, will not be considered as Eligible eLaisee Transactions. If an Eligible Customer successfully transfers Eligible eLaisee Transactions to the same Proxy ID more than three times during the Promotion Period, the number of transactions counted in such cases would be capped at the maximum of three Eligible eLaisee Transactions.
9. Eligible Customer must fulfill the following requirements in order to be entitled to the related Lucky Draw chances, the Bank reserves the right to determine whether the customer fulfills the requirements.

   Set the Bank as the Default Recipient Bank for Faster Payment System (“FPS”) via the Bank’s Mobile Banking/ Online Banking during the Promotion Period; and Must not have any record of setting the Bank as the Default Recipient Bank for FPS as of January 28, 2025; and Must maintain the setting of the Bank as Default Recipient Bank for FPS on the day when the Bank performs the Lucky Draw.    Keep the Online Banking status as normal for logon and registered a valid email address with the Bank so that the Bank can successfully activate eStatement(s) service for all the banking account(s) (including Cross Border Long Card account)/ securities trading account(s)/ credit card account(s) under the sole name of the Eligible Customer; and With at least one account category that is among the 3 mentioned above (i.e. banking accounts/ securities trading accounts/ credit card accounts) without any record of setting up eStatement as of January 28, 2025, and the Eligible Customer successfully set up new eStatement(s) for that account category(ies) during the Promotion Period; and Must maintain at least one sole name HKD Savings/ Checking account with the Bank and such account must be valid on the day when the Bank performs the Lucky Draw.    Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to a maximum of 25 Lucky Draw chances and can only be rewarded once with the CNY Reward in this Promotion. Details are as follows:

10. During the Promotion Period, the top 10 customers who use the “Give Laisee” function via the Bank’s Mobile Banking to send eLaisee and accumulate the highest number of Eligible eLaisee Transactions (as defined in clause 8 above) will be entitled to receive a 24K Gold-Plated Snake Ornament (A total of 10 winners).
11. Winners will be drawn randomly by the Bank’s computer system on or before April 30, 2025. Lucky Draw results will be published on the Bank’s website www.asia.ccb.com on or before May 30, 2025. Customers do not have any right to dispute the Lucky Draw results.
12. The CNY eLaisee Lucky Draw Reward will be credited directly to the winner’s Packaged Banking Settlement Account or the HKD Savings / Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) with the latest account opening date maintained with the Bank on or before May 30, 2025. The winner must be the primary account holder and such account must be valid at the time of crediting the CNY elaisee Lucky Draw reward. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to the winners by any other means.

13. Online Bill Payment Promotion period is from January 29, 2025 to March 31, 2025, both dates inclusive. (“Online Bill Payment Promotion Period”)
14. Eligible Customer must fulfill the requirements as stated below to enjoy HKD100 cash reward (“Online Bill Payment Transactions Reward”). Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to the Online Bill Payment Transactions Reward under the Promotion once only.
    1. This promotion is only applicable to customers who have not conducted any Online Bill Payment transactions via the Bank’s Mobile Banking or Online Banking or ATM from his/ her banking account and credit card with the Bank from January 29, 2024 to January 28, 2025, both dates are inclusive; and
    2. Open/ maintain a valid HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank during the Promotion Period; and
    3. Conduct at least two successful online bill payment transactions of HKD500 or above (only applicable to the bill payment in HKD with different merchants) via the Bank’s Mobile Banking or Online Banking or ATM from his/ her HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank during the Promotion Period.
15. The first 580 Eligible Customers can enjoy the reward. The offer is limited by quota and is available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts.
16. Payment for credit cards or transactions of non-merchant bills and/ or individual transfer are not regarded as Eligible Online Bill Payment Transactions.
17. All Eligible online bill payment transactions records are determined according to the Bank’s record. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
18. The Online Bill Payment Transactions Reward will be credited directly to Eligible Customers’ valid settlement account for Packaged Banking or HKD Savings/ Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) with the latest account opening date maintained with the Bank according to the time schedule below. The Eligible Customer must be the primary account holder and such account must be valid at the time of crediting the cash reward. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer by any other means. Below is the reward fulfillment time schedule:
