- e-CNY is a digital currency issued by the People's Bank of China ("PBOC") and has the same value as physical RMB. China Construction Bank Corporation ("CCB") is an operator authorised by the PBOC to provide e-CNY wallets. e-CNY App means the official platform operated and provided by the PBOC for the purpose of providing e-CNY wallets and related services to individual users. e-CNY wallet means a wallet opened by a customer in his/her name with an authorised operator as the carrier of e-CNY and the medium that reaches out to the customer.
