Terms & Conditions
Online Bill Payment Promotion Terms and Conditions (“the Promotion”)
A. General Terms and Conditions
  1. The promotion period is from January 29, 2025 to March 31, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Program is only applicable to customers of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”) (the “Eligible Customer”) and not applicable to staff of the Bank and the Bank’s affiliates, and Capital Investment Entrant Scheme customers.
  3. In case of a joint name account, only the primary account holder is entitled to the Promotion.
  4. The offers under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
  5. The Bank reserves the right to vary, suspend and terminate the Promotion and to vary or modify any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
  6. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
B. Online Bill Payment Transaction Reward
  1. Eligible Customer must fulfill the requirements as stated below to enjoy HKD100 cash reward (“Online Bill Payment Transactions Reward”). Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to the Online Bill Payment Transactions Reward under the Program once only.
    1. This promotion is only applicable to customers who have not conducted any Online Bill Payment transactions via the Bank’s Mobile Banking or Online Banking or ATM from his/ her banking account and credit card with the Bank from January 29, 2024 to January 28, 2025, both dates are inclusive; AND
    2. Open/ maintain a valid HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank during the Program Period; AND
    3. Conduct at least two successful online bill payment transactions of HKD500 or above (only applicable to the bill payment in HKD with different merchants) via the Bank’s Mobile Banking or Online Banking or ATM from his/ her HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank during the Promotion Period.
  2. The first 580 eligible customers can enjoy the reward. The offer is limited by quota and is available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts.
  3. Payment for credit cards or transactions of non-merchant bills and/ or individual transfer are not regarded as Eligible Online Bill Payment Transactions.
  4. All Eligible online bill payment transactions records are determined according to the Bank’s record. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  5. The Online Bill Payment Transactions Reward will be credited directly to Eligible Customers’ valid settlement account for Packaged Banking or HKD Savings/ Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) opened most recently according to the time schedule below. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer by any other means. Below is the reward fulfillment time schedule:
