Terms and Conditions for the Octopus Auto Living UnionPay Diamond Credit Card Auto Loan Direct Debit:

  1. This Program is only available to the Cardmembers ("Cardmember(s)", "you") of the Octopus Auto Living UnionPay Diamond Credit Card ("Card(s)") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our"), and CCB(Asia) Auto Loan.
  2. Cardmember must submit CCB (Asia) Credit Card - Auto Loan Direct Debit Authorisation Form (“Authorisation Form”) to authorize the Bank to deduct the amount from the Card account with the Monthly Repayment Amount (“Repayment Amount”) stated on the Hire Purchase/ Leasing Agreement (“Auto Loan”).
  3. The Bank shall not be obliged to ascertain whether or not notice of any such transfer has been given to Cardmember.
  4. If Cardmember fail to settle the Repayment Amount in full with the Card on or before the Auto Loan monthly payment due date, any Repayment Amount due but unpaid will be subject to a finance charge and Cardmember need to settle the unsuccessful Repayment Amount and finance charge by other payment methods.
  5. Any written notice of cancellation or variation of authorisation which Cardmember may give to the Bank shall be given at least three working days prior to the date on which such cancellation/variation is to take effect.
  6. Overpaid will be refunded to Cardmember by way of a refund cheque when Cardmember collect the vehicle registration document.
  7. Cardmember need to update the account (including the credit card number) / Hire Purchase/ Leasing Agreement details with the Bank promptly whenever there are any changes.
  8. Authorisation shall have effect until further notice or until the expiry date written above (whichever shall first occur).
  9. The total Bonus Points earned for each calendar year (From 1 January to 31 December) (“Calendar Year”) will be capped at 12 times of the latest approved combined credit limit (not applicable to temporary increase in credit limit) for transaction(s) for repayment amount of Hire Purchase/ Leasing Agreement of CCB(Asia), online bill payment(s) and payment(s) to insurance companies.
  10. We may terminate or withdraw the Program at any time without notice and have the final decision (at our discretion) in all matters and disputes in relation to the Program. We may vary any relevant details and these Terms and Conditions. We shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability in relation to use of the Program howsoever suffered or incurred by any Cardmember or other person.
  11. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
