Terms and Conditions of Agoda APP Hotel Booking Up to 18% Instant Discount Promotion (the “Promotion”):

Promotion Period is from July 2, 2025 to September 15, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
The Promotion is only available for cardmembers (“Cardmembers” and “you”) of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank” and “our”).
To enjoy below offers (“Offer”), Cardmembers must make a hotel booking via Agoda APP and settle payment by the Eligible Card(s) during the Promotion Period (the “Offer”).
Offer 1: Enjoy 18% Instant Discount on hotel booking upon transaction made by CCB (Asia) Mastercard Credit Card, 18% Instant Discount capped at HK$400 per transaction; or/and

Offer 2: Enjoy 12% Instant Discount on hotel booking upon transaction made by other CCB (Asia) Credit Card, 12% Instant Discount capped at HK$400 per transaction

Offer is only applicable to room charges of the Agoda’s selected hotels and selected room types via Agoda APP excluding any taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses and other similar charges) with stay period during July 2, 2025 to June 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
Whether the Offer applies will be reflected in the information shown in the payment page. Should there be any breach of the terms, fraudulent or abusive activities detected, the Bank and Agoda reserve the right to deny the qualification for the Offer, cancel the affected transaction, and/or claim back the applied discount amount from the Cardmember.
Unless otherwise specified, Offer shall not be used together with other benefits, discounts or promotion vouchers at the same time and shall not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or for other benefits.
In case of refund or return of the purchased items, only the amount actually paid in the currency stated above (excluding any applied discount) will be refunded and the discount enjoyed will not be made available again.
Offer shall be applied pursuant to and subject to the terms of the Bank and Agoda. The Bank and Agoda reserve the right to suspend, cancel or change the Promotion and the terms without advance notice. In case of any dispute about these terms and conditions, the Bank and Agoda shall have the final discretion.
In the event this Promotion is stopped by the government, or must be suspended due to server network attack and/or system failure, or any circumstances beyond the CCB (Asia)’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event. The CCB (Asia) and the relevant merchant cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or dispute therefrom.
In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):

Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only applicable for the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is only applicable to Principal Cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”, “you”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material.
To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with Eligible Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
