Best Mart 360° and FoodVille

1. This Program is only available for principal and supplementary Cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)”, “you”) of credit cards (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”).
2. The promotion period is from March 14, 2025 to April 30, 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers can enjoy below Offers (“Offers”) at Best Mart 360° and FoodVille:
   1. Offer 1 (“Offer 1”): Enjoy HK$20 Instant Discount upon single net spending of HK$200 or above with Eligible Cards
   2. Offer 2 (“Offer 2”): Enjoy discount on purchasing designated products with Eligible Cards
4. There are 10,000 quotas for Offer 1 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while quotas last. Quota is calculated in accordance with the merchant’s record.
5. Cardmembers must indicate to enjoy Offer 1 to the staff of Best Mart 360° or FoodVille before payment.
6. Each eligible transaction can enjoy Offer 1 only once.
7. Offer 2 is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while quotas last. For details of Offer 2, please contact the staff of Best Mart 360° or FoodVille directly.
8. The Offers are not applicable to settle payment via WeChat Pay HK and Alipay HK.
9. The Offers can be used in conjunction with the membership Card and HK$10 Comeback Coupon issued by Best Mart 360° and FoodVille.
10. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services, or discounts, and is not transferable. Unless otherwise specify, Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, cash vouchers or gift certificate (if applicable).
11. The products/services are provided by CIAO International Limited, the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by CIAO International Limited.
12. In case of fraud or abuse, the Bank and CIAO International Limited reserve the right to disqualify the Cardmembers to enjoy the Offers immediately and retain the right for legal action.
13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank and CIAO International Limited shall be final and binding.
14. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):

1. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with the Eligible Cards. Unless specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
3. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
4. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
5. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
6. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
7. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
8. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
