Terms and Conditions of Chung Yuen Electrical Offer (the “Promotion”):
  1. Promotion Period is from March 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive)(“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is only available for cardmembers (“Cardmembers” and “you”) of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) and CCB Long Credit Card (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited and China Construction Bank (the “Bank” and “our”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers can enjoy instant discount (“Offer 1”) upon making a single net eligible spending (“Eligible Spending” as defined in clause 5 and 6 below) at all Chung Yuen Electrical Stores in Hong Kong and Chung Yuen Electrical Partnershop - designated Samsung Experience Store outlets (Samsung Experience Store as listed in clause 4 below) (the “Merchant”) with Eligible Cards, details of the offer 1 are shown below:

  6. The following spending will not be qualified as Eligible Spending, transactions of purchasing the Gift Cards and the Chung Yuen Electrical’s cash voucher, split transactions, payment made by electronic wallet (including but not limited to AlipayHK, PayMe, WeChat Pay HK) transactions, and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded, such other categories as the bank and the merchant may at our sole discretion determine from time to time, or which the bank and the merchant otherwise decide are not eligible.
  7. Quota applies to offer 1 and is only available on first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts. No prior notice will be provided by the Bank while quota full.
  8. Each eligible card can enjoy a maximum of HK$450 cash rebate per day during the promotion period and a maximum of HK$900 cash rebate in the entire promotion period on offer 1.
  9. Offer 1 can be used at physical store but is not available to the merchant’s online store.
  10. Cardmembers who use an eligible card to purchase designated products at any Chung Yuen Electrical Stores or online shop can enjoy discount up to 70% off during the promotion period (“Offer 2”).
  11. The designated products of offer 2 are available in limited quantity and available on first-come-first-served basis while supplies last. For details on the designated products, please contact Chun Yuen Electrical.
  12. To enjoy the Offers, please inform the merchant staff upon checkout (if applicable).
  13. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, cash, any other membership benefits or any other promotional offers. Please check with Merchant Staff for details.
  14. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.

  16. The products/services are provided by the merchant, the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Promotion shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the Merchant.
  17. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant Merchant and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  18. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to vary the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Promotion, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  19. The Bank and the Merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Promotion.
  20. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
