  1.   2. Eligible Mainland and Macau retail spending in physical stores or through Online shall be settled via RMB or MOP.
  3. During the Promotion Period, each CCB (Asia) UnionPay cardmember can receive a maximum of HKD300 cash rebate each phase, a total of HKD600 cash rebate for 2 phases.
  4. Total quota for the Program is 1,600 and 800 will be assigned for each phase. The remaining quota (if applicable) from Phase 1 would be transferred to Phase 2. The registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. No registration will be accepted outside the registration period.
  5. Registration would be separated into two phases. Registration in each phase is required for you to successfully join the Program every phase. Upon successful registration, you will be given a registration reference number.

Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) UnionPay Credit Card Mainland and Macau Spending and Rewards Program (the "Program"):
  1. PROMOTION PERIOD – From September 11, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (both dates inclusive), and is divided into 2 phases:
    • Phase 1 – from September 11 to October 31, 2024;
    • Phase 2 – from November 1 to December 31, 2024.
  2. THE PROGRAM – The Program is only applicable to the cardmembers (“Cardmembers” or “you”) of UnionPay credit cards (except Business Card) ("Card(s)") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our") and is only available to principal Cardmembers of the Cards for eligible retail spending in physical stores in Mainland / Macau or through Online ("Eligible Transactions") made by the Card(s)(Physical Cards and Apple Pay),「CCB Lifestyle」APP binding with CCB(Asia) UnionPay Credit Card, UnionPay QR code (Dragon HK Pay QR code Payment and UnionPay App) via UnionPay network during the Promotion Period. Eligible Mainland and Macau retail spending in physical stores or through Online shall be settled via RMB or MOP.
  3. REGISTRATION –
    1. Registration must be made during the below registration period via www.asia.ccb.com/hk/upioffer/reg/en. If you have more than one Card, registration of one of your Cards will automatically register all of other Cards under your name. If you made the transactions with various Cards, eligible transaction amount will be combined and counted cumulatively.
    2. Registration would be separated into two phases. Registration in each phase is required for you to successfully join the Program every phase. Upon successful registration, you will be given a registration reference number. Registration period is as follow:
      • Phase 1: 10:00 a.m. on September 11, 2024 - 11:59 p.m. on October 31, 2024 (If you register in this phase, you have successfully registered for Phase 1).
      • Phase 2: 10:00 a.m. on November 1, 2024 - 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2024 (If you register in this phase, you have successfully registered for Phase 2).
    3. Total quota for the Program is 1,600 and 800 will be assigned for each phase. The remaining quota (if applicable) from Phase 1 would be transferred to Phase 2. The registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. No registration will be accepted outside the registration period. Time shall be of the essence and shall be in Hong Kong time in accordance with our system and record.
  4. MAINLAND AND MACAU SPENDING REWARDS – During the promotion period, cardmembers could enjoy 6% cash rebate for each eligible retail spending in physical stores in Mainland, Macau or through Online via RMB or MOP. Each cardmember could enjoy up to HKD300 cash rebate at each phase and each cardmember can enjoy up to HKD600 cash rebate during the whole promotion period.
  5. EXCHANGE RATE CALCULATION – Transactions effected in MOP would be converted from the transaction currency into HKD and charged to Cardmember's HKD Card account based on the exchange rate adopted by UnionPay’s prevailing exchange rate on the date of conversion. Cardmember agrees to accept UnionPay’s exchange rates as quoted from time to time without dispute.
  6. EXCLUDED TRANSACTIONS – The following spending will not be qualified as eligible transactions: transactions not posted on or before November 8, 2024 (Phase 1) and January 8, 2025 (Phase 2), online foreign currency except RMB or MOP transactions (classified as online transaction according to the merchant codes/transaction types as defined by, UnionPay or a merchant's acquiring bank), fund transfer, balance transfers, instalment loans, all interest free instalment transactions, electronic wallet (AlipayHK, PayMe, WeChat Pay HK) transactions/ top-up/ fund transfer, payment for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, autopay transactions, all Octopus reloading (include Octopus reloading via electronic wallet), “Interest-free $martExpress” transactions, RentSmart transactions, interest-free advance cash out program, bill payment, wire transfers, betting and gambling transactions, recurring transactions, charity donations, phone/fax/mail order, cash advance, tax payment, fees and charges made or incurred (whether in relation to the Card account(s) or otherwise) and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded, such other categories as we may at our sole discretion determine from time to time, or which we otherwise decide are not eligible.
  7. SUPPLEMENTARY CARDS – Spending by supplementary Cardmember(s) of the Card(s) during the Promotion Period will be treated as made by principal Cardmember(s) of the Card(s) for the purpose of the Program.
  8. NOTIFICATION OF THE REWARDS – The cash rebate will be credited to your eligible Principal Card accounts with the highest net spending amount of Eligible Transactions in our records on or before January 31, 2025. Cash Rebate can only be applied against outstanding in Card account statement. Cash Rebate cannot be converted into cash, and / or withdrawn as cash and is not transferable. If the Cash Rebate amount would be drawn by any means as cash or transfer to other accounts, relevant fees and charges will be incurred.
  9. OUR RECORD PREVAILS – Our records of your cash rebate earned under the Program and all our decisions regarding cash rebate shall be final and binding upon you.
  10. ELIGIBILITY – Your eligibility for the Program is subject to our checking on your Card account status and your Card account(s) remaining valid and in good standing (as determined at our discretion) throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the cash rebate is given. Where cash rebate has been credited to a Card account and there is a subsequent reversal of any transaction(s) in respect of which the cash rebate was awarded, the Bank reserves the rights to debit the cash rebate that has been credited into the Card account(s).
  11. KEEP SALES SLIPS – You have to keep all original sales slips or official payment records of the Eligible Transactions. In case of dispute, we may ask you to provide these slips, records, and/or further evidence for inspection and we may keep them.
  12. RIGHT TO VARY, ETC. – We reserve the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  13. FINAL DECISION – We retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program, and shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from any Cardmember's participation in the Program howsoever suffered or incurred.
  14. ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL – In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
