Terms and Conditions of Maxim’s Cakes Offer (the “Promotion”):

Promotion Period is from May 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion is only available for cardmembers (“Cardmembers” and “you”) of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) and CCB Long Credit Card (except JCB credit card) (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited and China Construction Bank (the “Bank” and “our”).
During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers can enjoy HK$5 instant discount (“Offer”) upon making a single transaction of HK$50 or above at selected Maxims Cakes shops and Maxim's On-site Bakery shops in Hong Kong (the “Merchant”) with the physical card of Eligible Cards.
Quota applies and is only available on first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts.

The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Promotion.
In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
