Terms and Conditions of Ocean Park Year Round Offers (the “Promotion”) :
  1. The promotion period is from March 15, 2026 to March 14, 2027 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotionis only applicable to the cardmembers (“Eligible Cardmembers” or “you”) of credit cards (except Business Card) (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”) and debit cards (“Eligible Debit Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited and/or China Construction Bank Corporation Limited (the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our").
  3. Designated Admission Ticket Offer:
    1. Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy 12% off on purchasing designated Admission Ticket at Ocean Park through below channels during the Promotion Period:
      1. Purchase designated admission tickets at official Ocean Park website (https://www.oceanpark.com.hk/en/tickets-and-offers/offers/ccb-asia-and-ccb-credit-card-offer) and settle the payment by any Eligible Credit Cards. Each online transaction can purchase a maximum of 4 admission tickets only; or
      2. Purchase designated admission tickets at Ocean Park ticketing office and settle the payment by any Eligible Credit Cards and/or Eligible Debit Cards. Each transaction can purchase a maximum of 4 admission tickets only.
    2. Designated Admission Ticket Offer is not applicable to settle payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay HK, WeChat Pay, Alipay HK, Alipay or other electronic wallet.
    3. You can purchase other tickets together in the same transaction, but the payment must be settled by Eligible Credit Card and/or Eligible Debit Card.
    4. The ticket can be upgraded to the corresponding “Ocean Park Annual Membership” on the date of admission by paying designated amount. Other Terms and Conditions apply for the upgrade of day time admission ticket to “Ocean Park Annual Membership”, please contact Ocean Park for details.
    5. Any child (aged 11 or below) must be accompanied by a person who is aged 15 or above with valid admission ticket when entering Ocean Park.
  4. Food and Beverage Offer:
    1. Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy 10% off on any consumption at Restaurants in Ocean Park.
    2. Food and Beverage Offer is not applicable at McDonald's Restaurant, Ciao Chow, food kiosks, out-sourced operators and vending machines.
    3. Eligible Cardmembers must indicate to enjoy this offer to the staff before payment.
    4. Food and Beverage Offer is not applicable to settle payment via WeChat Pay HK, WeChat Pay, Alipay HK, Alipay or other electronic wallet.
    5. Restaurant maybe chartered for private functions and the opening hour is subject to change without prior notice.
    6. Spending and discount amount is based on one single receipt.
    7. Food and Beverage Offer is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with the “Ocean Park Annual Membership” related discounts or credit card discounts, discount coupons and other promotional offers.
  5. Souvenir Shop Offer:
    1. Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy 10% off on Ocean Park retail products, Panda Friends Collection, special selection and consignment items upon net purchase of HK$300 or above at souvenir shops in Ocean Park.
    2. Eligible Cardmembers must indicate to enjoy this offer to the staff before payment.
    3. Souvenir Shop Offer is not applicable to settle payment via WeChat Pay HK, WeChat Pay, Alipay HK, Alipay or other electronic wallet.
    4. Souvenir Shop Offer is not applicable to photo products, discounted items, fixed-price items, Ocean FasTrack, Get Closer to the Animal Programme, personalized service and vending machines.
    5. Spending and discount amount is based on one single receipt.
    6. Souvenir Shop Offer is not cash convertible and cannot be used in conjunction with the “Ocean Park Annual Membership” related discounts or credit card discounts, discount coupons and other promotional offers.

  7. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  8. The products/services are provided by Ocean Park, the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Promotion shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by Ocean Park.
  9. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between Ocean Park and the Eligible Cardmembers, which shall in no way relieve such Eligible Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  10. In case of any dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Corporation and the Bank shall be final and binding.
  11. Ocean Park Corporation and the Bank reserve the right to vary the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Promotion, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  12. The Bank and the Ocean Park Corporation retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Promotion.
  13. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
