Terms and Conditions for Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer on Handcrafted Beverages (“Offer”):
  1. Promotion period is from now until December 31, 2024.
  2. Offer is only applicable to CCB (Asia) Visa Infinite and UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card (except Business Card).
  3. Cardmembers can enjoy Buy-1-Get-1-Free upon any purchase of tall size or above handcrafted beverages on Saturday and Sunday with designated Credit Card.
  4. Buy-1-Get-1-Free offer excludes promotional drinks, Chillino, liqueur coffee, hand drip coffee, bottled drinks, juices and pot of coffee (applicable to both purchased and complimentary beverages).
  5. Cardmembers must state their intention to use the CCB (Asia) Visa Infinite/ UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card to settle payment in full when ordering and before making payment to enjoy the offer.
  6. Offer is redeemable at all Pacific Coffee locations in Hong Kong except the outlets at Hang Seng Bank, HSBC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and all Quik D by Pacific Coffee.
  7. The complimentary beverage(s) apply to the lowest value of the ordered beverage(s) in one transaction.
  8. The complimentary beverage(s) must be redeemed immediately with the purchased beverage(s).
  9. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offers (except bring-your-own-mug offer, but only on the regular-priced purchased beverage) or vouchers.
  10. Purchased or complimentary item is not refundable and not exchangeable.
  11. Offer is not applicable to in-app purchase, delivery services, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, spending credit or other discounts/ goods/ service.
  12. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and Pacific Coffee Company Ltd shall be final.

  2. Offer is only applicable to CCB (Asia) Visa Infinite, Visa Signature, UnionPay Diamond Prestige, UnionPay Diamond, Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum Credit Card (except Business Card).
  3. Cardmembers can enjoy free upgrade upon any purchase of handcrafted beverage (except bottled drinks, juices, liqueur coffee, hand drip coffee and pot of coffee) with designated Credit Cards, i.e. get a grande size for purchase of tall size, etc.
  4. Offer is redeemable at all Pacific Coffee locations in Hong Kong except the outlets at Hang Seng Bank, HSBC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Kwun Tong APM YATA Supermarket and all Quik D by Pacific Coffee.
  5. Offer is not applicable to in-app purchase, delivery services, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, spending credit or other discounts/ goods/ service.
  6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offers (except bring-your-own-mug offer) or vouchers.
  7. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and Pacific Coffee Company Ltd shall be final.

Terms and Conditions of Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):
  1. Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only applicable for the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is only applicable to Principal Cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”, “you”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material.
  2. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with Eligible Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
  4. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  5. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
  6. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  7. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserve the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  8. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
  9. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
