Terms and Conditions for Trip.com Instant Discount Offers (“Offers”):
  1. Offer is applicable to the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”) and is only applicable to cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”). All bookings must be made at the designated Trip.com webpages with designated promo codes to enjoy the offers.
  2. Booking period (“Booking Period”): From 1 January to 31 December 2024.
  3. Check-in date for hotel / Departure date for flight: From 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2025.
  4. Flight Offer: Eligible Cardmembers are entitled to HKD50/100/150/200 off upon HKD2,000/4,000/6,000/HKD8,000 or above spending on flight booking via designated website (https://hk.trip.com/sale/w/6253/ccbaxtrip.html?locale=en-HK&curr=hkd&allianceid=4113943&sid=34744844) with promo code “CCBA2024F” during the Booking Period.   6. The promo codes can be used on the mobile application of Trip.com (App), the desktop version website (PC) and the mobile version website (Traditional Chinese and English of the Hong Kong region).
  7. Each order can be applied with one promo code only. Each order must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) with Eligible Card(s).

  9. In case of cancelling the orders with promo code applied, the promo code(s) will be automatically returned to your account and can be used again during the Booking Period.   12. The Bank and Trip.com are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
  13. The Bank and Trip.com reserves the rights to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.
  14. The Bank and Trip.com reserves the rights to amend or cancel the Offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  15. The Bank and Trip.com reserves the rights for final decision.
  16. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions for Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):
  1. Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only applicable for the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is only applicable to cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”, “you”) during the booking period stated in our promotional material.
  2. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with Eligible Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
  4. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  5. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
  6. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  7. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  8. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
  9. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
