Remarks:
  1. Only applicable to Credit Cardmembers who never bind any CCB (Asia) Credit Card in WeChat Pay HK account before the promotion period.
  2. HK$20 e-cash Voucher would be disbursed by two HK$10 e-cash Voucher. Each HK$10 e-cash Voucher would be valid for 14 days from the date of disbursement. Expired e-cash Voucher would be invalid automatically and would not be reissued. The e-cash Voucher(s) can be redeemed from the promotion page on WeChat Pay HK after successfully binding the eligible credit card for the first time. The e-cash Voucher of HK$10 instant discount would be applied when using the eligible credit card bind to WeChat Pay HK account in any Mainland China or Hong Kong merchant that accept WeChat Pay HK as payment method for making any single transaction HK$10.01 or above.
  3. During the whole promotion period, each Credit Cardmember can enjoy two (2) HK$10 e-cash Voucher of Offer 1 once, and three (3) times of HK$5 instant discounts and three (3) times of HK$20 instant discounts of Offer 2 respectively. The availability of the e-cash Vouchers and instant discount will be subject to daily quota and are served on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. If the HK$20 instant discount is out of stock while there are remaining daily quota of the HK$5 instant discount upon payment, the HK$5 instant discount will be automatically applied for Eligible Transactions of HK$200 or more. The number of the Instant Discounts available as recorded in the WeChat Pay HK system shall prevail under any circumstances and no notification will be made regarding the quota situation.
  4. “Eligible Transaction(s)”refers to the designated transaction posted in Chinese Mainland made offline and online in Hong Kong Dollars (excluding tax payment, FPS transfers, Person-to-Person (P2P) payment transfer, telecom payment, utilities payment, local or international remittance, spending via WeGoods, top-up for any stored value facilities or WeChat Red Packets).

Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) of CCB (Asia) Credit Card x WeChat Pay HK Promotion Offer (“Program”):
  1. The promotion period is from 17 January 2025 to 16 May 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Program is only applicable to the WeChat Pay HK users who are cardmembers (“Cardmembers” or “you”) of credit cards (except Business Card) ("Eligible Card(s)") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our") and is only available to principal and supplementary Cardmembers of the Eligible Cards.
  3. The Program is co-organized by WeChat Pay Hong Kong Limited (“WeChat Pay Hong Kong”) and the Bank.
  4. “WeChat Pay HK” is a mobile-based stored value facility managed and operated by WeChat Pay Hong Kong.
  5. To participate in this Program, your WeChat Pay HK account and the Eligible Card linked thereto shall remain in normal and good status. Cardmembers whose WeChat Pay HK accounts are in abnormal, protected or restricted status are not eligible to participate in this Program.
  6. Unless otherwise specified, the HK$10 e-cash Vouchers (as defined below) or Instant Discounts (as defined below) cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional offers, nor transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  7. To avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant WeChat Pay HK accounts will be deemed to be used by the same Cardmember:
    1. Logging in of multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts on the same mobile phone or mobile device; or
    2. Logging in of the same WeChat Pay HK account with multiple mobile phones or mobile devices; or
    3. The same credit card or bank account number being linked to multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts.

    In the case of any of the above, WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of any HK$10 e-cash Voucher and/or the Instant Discount rewarded to the relevant account and to take any legal action it deems fit.

  8. Cardmembers are not required to present the HK$10 e-cash Voucher or actively redeem any Instant Discount when enjoying the offer. As long as the conditions of use of the HK$10 e-cash Voucher and/or the Instant Discount are satisfied, the relevant HK$10 e-cash Voucher and/or Instant Discount will be automatically applied, and the redemption will be shown on the payment proof of WeChat Pay HK. The HK$10 e-cash Vouchers and the Instant Discounts are provided by WeChat Pay Hong Kong and are only applicable to transactions paid via WeChat Pay HK.
  9. Cardmembers can only use one e-cash voucher (including the HK$10 e-cash Voucher and any other e-cash voucher issued by WeChat Pay Hong Kong) or Instant Discount for each transaction conducted with WeChat Pay HK. The use of the e-cash voucher or the Instant Discount is subject to any other terms and conditions as determined by WeChat Pay Hong Kong from time to time. If Cardmember holds more than one e-cash voucher or instant discount under circumstances when both of the requirements for use of the e-cash voucher and the Instant Discount are complied with, the e-cash voucher or instant discount with highest value will be used first. In case the e-cash vouchers or instant discounts are of the same face value, the e-cash voucher or instant discount with the earliest expiry date will be used first. If the face value and expiry dates are the same, then the WeChat Pay HK system will randomly use one e-cash voucher or instant discount.
  10. For refund after the payment is completed,
    1. in the case of a full refund (as agreed between Cardmember and the merchant), the relevant HK$10 e-cash Voucher or Instant Discount will be reissued with its validity period and conditions of usage unchanged, if the relevant HK$10 e-cash Voucher or Instant Discount has expired at the time of refund, it cannot be used again and cannot be reissued;
    2. in the case of partial refund (as agreed between Cardmember and the merchant), the relevant HK$10 e-cash Voucher or Instant Discount will not be reissued after being used.

    Please contact the relevant merchant directly for a refund. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong is not in a position to intervene in any refund arrangement, and is not responsible for the performance and quality of products/services offered by the merchants.

  11. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong are not the supplier or service provider of the products and services provided by a merchant and shall not be responsible for any matters relating to a merchant’s product and services provided. The respective merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation to such products or services.
  12. In case of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these T&Cs or any communications, the decision of the Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. These T&Cs are governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong.
  14. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong will carry out this Program in accordance with applicable laws of Hong Kong. In the event this Program is stopped by government agency’s orders or must be suspended due to server network attack or system failure or any circumstances beyond the Bank’s and WeChat Pay Hong Kong’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event, and the Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall not be liable for any damage, loss or dispute therein.
  15. By participating in this Program, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of and relevant to this Program, and agree that WeChat Pay Hong Kong may use your personal data for the purpose of this Program in accordance with WeChat Pay Hong Kong’s Privacy Policy available on: https://hkwallet.moneydata.hk/hkwalletv3/agreement/agreement_privacy_policy.html.
  16. If there is any breach of these T&Cs or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior during the redemption and/or use of the HK$10 e-cash Voucher and/or the Instant Discounts, the Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong will forfeit such Cardmembers’ relevant rewards and entitlement to the HK$10 e-cash Vouchers and the Instant Discounts forthwith and without notice. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserve the right to cancel such transaction(s) and to recover loss(es) from the relevant Cardmembers.
  17. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserve the right to amend these T&Cs or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice. For any enquiries about this Program, please contact WeChat Pay Hong Kong Customer Service Hotline at 3929 1666.
  18. In the event of any conflicts, discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these T&Cs, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions of First Time Card Binding Reward (“Card Binding Reward”):
  1. During the Promotion Period, Cardmember who binds the Eligible Card to his/her WeChat Pay HK account successfully for the first time, can redeem two (2) HK$10 CCB (Asia) credit card exclusive e-cash vouchers (“HK$10 e-cash Voucher”) on the campaign page of this Program in WeChat Pay HK. During the Promotion Period, each qualified Cardmember can only get a maximum of two (2) HK$10 e-cash Voucher.
  2. For the avoidance of doubt, Card Binding Reward is only applicable to Cardmembers who never bind any Eligible Card in WeChat Pay HK account. Cardmembers who have already bound any Eligible Card to their WeChat Pay HK account or have removed any Eligible Card from their WeChat Pay HK account are not eligible to the Card Binding Reward.
  3. Each HK$10 e-cash Voucher will be valid for 14 days upon issuance. Any HK$10 e-cash Voucher that has not been used after the validity period will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. Each HK$10 e-cash Voucher can be used upon a single spending of HK$10.01 or above with the Eligible Card via the WeChat Pay HK account of the Cardmember at any merchant in Chinese Mainland or Hong Kong accepting WeChat Pay HK as payment method (merchants list to be determined by WeChat Pay Hong Kong at its sole and absolute discretion from time to time) and deduct HK$10 from the transaction amount. For the avoidance of doubts, all cross-border transaction via WeChat Pay HK will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars automatically.
  4. The availability of the HK$10 e-cash Voucher will be subject to a daily quota and limited in quantity and are served on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last, Card Binding Reward may be terminated without further notice (irrespective of the end date of the Promotion Period as set out in clause 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program). The number of the HK$10 e-cash Voucher available as recorded in the WeChat Pay HK system shall prevail under any circumstances.
  5. Each HK$10 e-cash Voucher can only be used in a transaction paid by an Eligible Card via the Cardmember’s WeChat Pay HK account.
  6. The HK$10 e-cash Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be used to top-up any stored-value facilities, and it is not applicable for any form of payment including Person-to-Person (P2P) Payment transfer, credit card repayment, local or international remittance and red packet.
  7. Upon redemption by Cardmembers, the HK$10 e-cash Voucher will be distributed to Cardmembers’ WeChat Pay HK account and Cardmembers may go to “My Rewards” under “Offers” in their WeChat Pay HK account for the details of the HK$10 e-cash Voucher. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall bear no liability if Cardmembers cannot perform a successful redemption of the relevant HK$10 e-cash Voucher and/or the relevant HK$10 e-cash Voucher is lost due to any circumstances.
  8. When WeChat Pay Hong Kong has more than one e-cash voucher promotion running concurrently, Cardmembers may be entitled to all the e-cash vouchers as long as they can satisfy the relevant eligibility criteria for any or all promotions.
Terms and Conditions of Spending Rewards in Mainland China:
  1. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers can enjoy (i) a HK$5 exclusive instant discount (“HK$5 instant discount”) automatically upon completing a single Eligible Transaction of HK$30 but not over HK$199.99 via WeChat Pay HK with the Eligible Card at merchants which accept payments via WeChat Pay HK in Chinese Mainland (merchant list to be determined by WeChat Pay Hong Kong at its sole and absolute discretion from time to time) (“Designated Merchants”) OR (ii) a HK$20 exclusive instant discount (“HK$20 instant discount”) automatically upon completing a single Eligible Transaction of HK$200 or above via WeChat Pay HK with Eligible Card at Designated Merchants. HK$5 instant discount and HK$20 instant discount will collectively be called “Instant Discount(s)” hereunder.
  2. Each Cardmember can enjoy a maximum of three (3) HK$5 instant discounts and three (3) HK$20 instant discounts respectively within the Promotion Period. The Instant Discounts are offered with daily limit and available on a first come first served basis, while stocks last. If the HK$20 instant discount is out of stock while there are remaining daily quota of the HK$5 instant discount upon payment, the HK$5 instant discount will be automatically applied for Eligible Transactions of HK$200 or more . The number of the Instant Discounts available as recorded in the WeChat Pay HK system shall prevail under any circumstances and no notification will be made regarding the quota situation.
  3. “Eligible Transaction(s)” refers to the designated transaction posted at Designated Merchants in Chinese Mainland made offline and online in Hong Kong Dollars (excluding tax payment, credit card repayments, FPS transfers, Person-to-Person (P2P) payment transfer, telecom payment, utilities payment, local or international remittance, spending via WeGoods, top-up for any stored value facilities or WeChat Red Packets) using an Eligible Card via WeChat Pay HK during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubts, all cross-border transaction via WeChat Pay HK will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars automatically. In case of any dispute in connection with the definition of Eligible Transactions, the decision of WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall be final and conclusive.
  4. Instant Discounts are offered in a limited daily quota and available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last, the Chinese Mainland Spending Offer may be terminated without prior notice (irrespective of the end date of the Promotion Period as set out in clause 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program).
