Terms and Conditions of Expedia Hotel Booking Promotion (the "Promotion")

  1. Promotion Period is from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  2. This Promotion is only applicable to principal cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)”, “you”) of TRAVO World Mastercard and TRAVO Mastercard (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our").
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers must make a hotel booking via Expedia designated webpage(www.expedia.com.hk/ccba) with Eligible Card(s) and designated promo code (“Promo Code”) to enjoy below offer (“Offer”):
    a. Offer: Enjoy 15% off on hotel booking with Promo Code “TRAVO15” and is capped at HK$350 per transaction.
  4. Quotas of Offer is 350 per month. Quota applies and is only available on first-come- first-served basis, while the quota lasts.
  5. In each transaction, Cardmembers can only apply one Promo Code. Each Cardmember can use Promo Code twice each month during the Promotion Period.
  6. The Maximum Reward applies to each Cardmember separately, whether the relevant Eligible Card is a principal card or a supplementary card.
  7. This promotion cannot be redeemed against hotels at www.expedia.com.hk/lp/b/pm-coupon-hotelexclusion. The exclusion list may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
  8. Cardmembers must fully settle the payment in Hong Kong Dollar with Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers. The Offers are not applicable to any payment via eWallet or third-party mobile payment applications/platform, including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK, WeChat Pay, Alipay CN, WeChat Pay, PayPal, Payme.
  9. Offer is only applicable to room charges of the Expedia’s selected hotels and selected room types via Expedia designated webpage excluding any taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses and other similar charges) with stay period during January 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  10. Whether the Offer applies will be reflected in the information shown in the payment page. Should there be any breach of the terms, fraudulent or abusive activities detected, the Bank and Expedia reserve the right to deny the qualification for the Offer, cancel the affected transaction, and/or claim back the applied discount amount from the Cardmember.
  11. Unless otherwise specified, Offer shall not be used together with other benefits, discounts or promotion vouchers at the same time and shall not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or for other benefits.
  12. In case of refund or return of the purchased items, only the amount actually paid in the currency stated above (excluding any applied discount) will be refunded and the discount enjoyed will not be made available again.
  13. Offer shall be applied pursuant to and subject to the terms of the Bank and Expedia. The Bank and Expedia reserve the right to suspend, cancel or change the Promotion and the terms without advance notice. In case of any dispute about these terms and conditions, the Bank and Expedia shall have the final discretion.
  14. In the event this Promotion is stopped by the government, or must be suspended due to server network attack and/or system failure, or any circumstances beyond the CCB(Asia)’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event. The CCB(Asia) and the relevant merchant cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or dispute therefrom.
  15. By participating in this promotion, the Cardmember acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  16. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
  17. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  18. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
  19. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  20. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  21. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
  22. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
