Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) eye+ Visa Infinite Card Exclusive Dining Privileges (the “Program”)

1. The Program is only available for cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) of CCB (Asia) eye+ Visa Infinite Card (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”).
2. The Promotion Period runs from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. The offers (“Offer”), and the promotion period are varied for each Participating Merchant. For the participating restaurants list (“Participating Merchant”), set menus, reservation/ cancellation policy, please refer to details on https://www.asia.ccb.com/hongkong/personal/credit_cards/menu_eye_bgf_rebate.pdf.
4. Cardmembers must fully settle the payment in Hong Kong Dollar with Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer. Quota applies to each Participating Merchant and the offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
5. Cardmember is required to make advance reservation and must specify the use of the offer at the time of making a reservation. Unless otherwise specified, only one offer/ designated set menu can be used per table each time. Please check with the respective Participating Merchant for details.
6. Should there be any breach of the terms, fraudulent or abusive activities detected, the Bank and Participating Merchant reserve the right to deny the qualification for the Offer, cancel the affected transaction, and/or claim back the applied discount amount from the Cardmember.
7. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material, cardmembers need to settle the retail transactions with the Eligible Cards and indicate to enjoy the offer to the staff before payment (if applicable). The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
9. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
10. The products/services are provided by the relevant Participating Merchant, the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the Participating Merchant.
11. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/Participating Merchant. Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant Participating Merchant and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
12. The Bank, Participating Merchant reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time.
13. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
14. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
