Terms and Conditions for CCB (Asia) TRAVO World Mastercard Overseas Merchants Spending Programme (the “Programme”)
- The Programme is only applicable to principal and supplementary cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)”, “you” or “your”) of CCB (Asia) TRAVO World Mastercard (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank” or “we”).
- The promotion period of the Programme is from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), and divided into 2 phases:
		  - Phase 1: From July 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025 (both dates inclusive)
- Phase 2: From October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive)
 
- Cardmembers are entitled to the cash rebate as stated in Clause 4 below upon completion of eligible foreign currency spending (“Eligible Spending”) at designated merchants within the Promotion Period.
- Each Cardmember can enjoy the cash rebate at each participating merchant once in each phase of the Promotion Period. The cash rebate for Cardmembers details as below: 
 ^East Japan Railway Company (Suica) offer is only valid when topped up with Apple Pay. Mobile Suica, other payment services, and charging at station ticket vending machines are not eligible. - Eligible Spending is defined according to the merchant codes/transaction type issued by Mastercard or a merchant’s acquiring bank from time to time.
- The Reward (rounded to the nearest 2 decimal places) will be credited to your Eligible Card within 30 calendar days after completion of Eligible Spending.
- The Bank may debit the relevant Eligible Card for the equivalent value of any cash rebate that you have enjoyed without prior notice if any transaction(s) for which the cash rebate was awarded is subsequently reversed or found out to be ineligible.
- The status of the Eligible Card account must remain valid and in good standing (as determined at the Bank’s discretion) throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the cash rebate is given.
- The Bank reserve the right to vary the Programme and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Programme, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
- You have to keep all original sales slips or official payment records of the Eligible Transactions. In case of dispute, we may ask you to provide these slips, records, and/or further evidence for inspection and we may keep them.
- The Bank retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Programme.
- In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
