Terms & Conditions
Promotion Terms & Conditions of CCB (Asia) Revolving Credit Facility - e-loan Promotion ("The Program")
- PROMOTION PERIOD - The Promotion Period is from now till December 31, 2024, both days inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
- ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER – The promotion is applicable to the customers of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“the Bank”, “we”, “our”, “us”) with good credit rating (“Eligible Customer ”).
- REWARD - Eligible Customer will be entitled first 5 days (“Offer Period”) Interest Rebate (“Interest Rebate”). Interest Rebate will be credited to Eligible Customer ’s valid HK$ Savings Account / Checking Account in the Bank within 30 days after loan disbursement.
- RESTRICTION - Each customer shall only enjoy the Interest Rebate once during the Promotion Period. Employees of the Bank are not eligible for this Promotion. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s).
- ELIGIBILITY – Eligible Customer must maintain good repayment record (as determined at the Bank ’s discretion) at the time of the Bank ’s giving out the Interest Rebate. If Eligible Customer does not hold any valid HK$ Savings / Checking Account in the Bank during Interest Rebate disbursement, Eligible Customer ’s entitlement to the Interest Rebate will be forfeited. If Eligible Customer chooses to make early settlement or cancel the Loan during the Offer Period, the Bank reserves the right to charge such Eligible Customer an amount equivalent to the amount of the Offers granted.
- RIGHT TO VARY AND FINAL DECISION - The Bank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or amend, cancel or terminate the Program at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from the customer in the Program howsoever suffered or incurred. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
- ENGLISH VERSION PREVAILS – In case of any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
