“Chill” Spending Installment Program Mobile Banking Application Steps

Step 1: Log on to CCB (Asia) Mobile Banking

Go to “Credit Card / Loan”

Select “Spending Installment”

Please read Terms and Condition and agree to the application, then tick the checkbox

Click “Next”

Download and enroll Mobile Banking

Step 1: Tap “Logon” at mobile banking main page.

Step 2: Tap “New User / Registration / Activation” at Logon page.

Step 3: Tap "Register Now".

Step 4: Enter your personal and account information.

Step 5: Enter the One-Time Password you received.

Step 6: Set your Username and Password.

Step 7: You have successfully completed the registration procedure.

Remarks：

The 0.16% monthly flat rate offer is applicable to selected customers with installment amount of HK$100,000 or above. The Annualized Percentage Rate (“APR”) is calculated as follows: 6-month repayment period is 3.33%, 12-month repayment period is 3.58%, 18-month repayment period is 3.67%, 24-month repayment period is 3.71%, 36-month repayment period is 3.73%, 48-month repayment period is 3.74%, 60-month repayment period is 3.73%, 72-month repayment period is 3.72%.
Each Cardmember will only be entitled to each Interest Rebate offer once only during the promotion period. Applicable to tenors of 12 months or more installment and customers who have not applied Spending Installment Program via Mobile / Online Banking from November 16, 2024 to May 15, 2026. If Eligible Customer chooses to make early settlement or cancel the Installment Program, the Bank reserves the right to charge such Eligible Customer an amount equivalent to the amount of the Interest Rebate granted. Please refer to relevant Terms and Conditions for details.

Remark: “Chill” Spending Installment Program is only applicable to selected CCB (Asia) Cardmembers. Eligible selected customers who enjoy the monthly flat rate as low as 0.16% offer are not entitled to any other interest rebate offers.

“Successful Cash Out Installment Application via eBanking Offer” only applies to loan application with Monthly Flat Rate of 0.24% or above or loan amount more than HK$30,000. Each Applicant can receive Interest Rebate once only. If Eligible Customer chooses to make early settlement or cancel the Installment Program, the Bank reserves the right to charge such Eligible Customer an amount equivalent to the amount of the Interest Rebate granted. For application made via Mobile Banking / Online Banking, the cashed amount will be directly deposited to the bank account in the name of Cardmember via Faster Payment System (“FPS”) or to the Bank account in the name of Cardmember, depending on actual situation.
Selected customers refer to card members who received the promotional materials (include MMS message / eDM) of this program (defined in clause 2 of Terms and Conditions of "Successful Cash Out Installment Application via eBanking Offer").
The monthly flat rate 0.12% is only eligible to selected customers with installment amounts HK$600,000. The Bank reserves the final right on the offers. The Annualized Percentage Rate (“APR”) for monthly flat rate 0.12% is calculated as follows: 6-month repayment period is 2.49%, 12-month repayment period is 2.68%, 18-month repayment period is 2.75%, 24-month repayment period is 2.78%, 36-month repayment period is 2.80%, 48-month repayment period is 2.81%, 60-month repayment period is 2.81%. Our Annualized Percentage Rate is calculated according to the standard of Hong Kong Association of Banks and is rounded to the nearest two decimal places. An APR is a reference rate which includes the basic interest rates and other applicable fees and charges of the product expressed as an annualized rate.
Cardmember can choose the repayment period 6/12/18/24/36/48/60 months.
The Bank reserves the right to request supplement documents from Cardmember depending on each individual case.

Remark: In the event of early repayment of the Cash Out installment amount, the Bank will charge the Cardmember a termination fee of HK$1,000. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for details.
